Fairburn Conference and Activity Centre provides a high standard of accommodation in peaceful woodland surroundings.  All fourteen bedrooms have TV, tea and coffee making facilities and en-suite bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzi bath.  Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor for easy access to disabled visitors.

New - The Centre now offers if required, optional bunk bed facilities, providing an additional bed space within some of the bedrooms.  This new development means the Centre can accommodate larger residential groups if required.

Also on the ground floor are the licensed dinning room and residents lounge, which have both been re-decorated.  There is a small sauna for use by residential guests.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
The alcohol licence (Restaurant Licence) for Fairburn Activity and Conference Centre Ltd Does NOT permit alcohol to be sold or consumed in public areas other than that purchased under the issued Restaurant Licence with food.
